Fit 4 U Studio is an 1,800 square foot state-of-the-art facility dedicated to encouraging an active lifestyle. The Studio has a built-in stereo system, mirrored and acoustic walls, bright lights and air conditioning! Ever wanted to try Pole Dancing Fitness Class but were just too bashful to give this risqué workout a try? Believe or not, this class is actually accredited by the American Council of Exercise and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. We incorporate fitness with a touch of sensuality, gracefulness and some choreography. It’s definitely a class that will help you feel more in touch with your body while getting fit at the same time.
Hoopdancing, yup, that’s right… Hula Hooping! Do you remember the feelings of joy this brought you as a child, well, we’re bringing that joy back with a touch of play, sexiness, energy and stress relief while focusing on the body’s core.
The ancient art form of Bellydancing can help to improve your overall mental health. The hypnotic music of the dance combined with the smooth repetitive motions will leave you with the experience of true relaxation and stress relief. Aside from making you feel more attractive and artistic, the physical benefits include toning and strengthening abdominal muscles around the vertebrae and hips and also utilizing muscles around the neck and shoulder, promoting good posture.
